The audit of County Geological Sites in Co Louth was completed in December 2013. The audit was carried out by Vincent Gallagher, Robert Meehan, Matthew Parkes and Sarah Gatley. The Louth Geological Heritage Project was supported by the Heritage Council, the Geological Survey of Ireland, Louth County Council and Louth Heritage Forum. The resulting report was an action of the County Louth Heritage Plan 2007-2011.
