The Geological Heritage of Cavan

The audit of County Geological Sites in Co Cavan was completed in December 2013. The audit was carried out by Matthew Parkes, Robert Meehan and Vincent Gallagher. The Cavan Geological Heritage Project was supported by the Heritage Council, the Geological Survey of Ireland, the Cavan County Council and the Cavan Heritage. The resulting report was an action of the County Cavan Heritage Plan 2006-2011.
