Geological Survey Ireland is seeking proposals for a set of five stabilised marine thermal cameras for installation on the INFOMAR inshore vessel fleet, capable of detecting objects at both short and long ranges in low visibility conditions and in darkness. The proposed solution should be stabilised/motion compensated for use on pitching vessels.
