Nicholas O'Dwyer Consulting Engineers, with specialist input from Danish firm NIRAS, has designed an Infrastructure Masterplan for Rosslare Port, which will see €30 million invested by Iarnród Éireann in Rosslare Europort over the next five years.

Rosslare Europort, subject to planning permission, will undergo a significant transformation to ensure the port has the capacity, facilities and technology needed to facilitate growth and become Ireland's gateway port to Europe. The Masterplan also includes a Business Park to focus on Offshore Wind Energy development, led by the Dutch company XELLZ.
