Geological Survey Ireland produces a wide range of datasets from bedrock, quaternary, groundwater, marine, geological heritage, to geotechnical, minerals, geophysics, geochemistry and geohazards.
These are organised by themes accessible on the left panel (desktop view) or below (mobile view) .

Data can be downloaded in zip files. They can be viewed in our online viewers. Metadata can be accessed along with web services.
Goldmine is a repository of scanned documents in particular old maps and reports.
All files are projected to Irish Transverse Mercator / ITM except when otherwise stated. The Marine files are in WGS84.
