The audit of County Geological Sites in South Dublin County was completed in 2014. The audit was carried out by Ronan Hennessy, Robert Meehan, Matthew Parkes, Vincent Gallagher and Sarah Gatley. The South Dublin Geological Heritage Project was supported by the Heritage Council, the Geological Survey of Ireland and the South Dublin County Council. The resulting report was an action of the South Dublin County Heritage Plan 2010-2015.
