​The audit of County Geological Sites in Co Wexford was completed in 2018. The audit was carried out by Robert Meehan, Ronan Hennessy, Matthew Parkes and Sarah Gatley. The Wexford Geological Heritage Project was supported by Geological Survey Ireland, Wexford County Council and The Heritage Council. The resulting report is a contribution to the programme of work in County Wexford Biodiversity Action Plan 2013-2018 and Wexford County Development Plan 2013-2019.
